Ingredients
- 1 lb. hamburger
- potatoes, sliced
- onions, sliced
- carrots, sliced
- celery, sliced
- 1 can peas
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Fry hamburger and have ready for casserole.
- Put layer of potatoes, then a layer of onion, carrots and celery.
- Take juice from peas, mix with soup.
- Pour peas over celery.
- Put meat on top of peas.
- Pour pea juice mixture on top of meat.
- Bake about 1 hour at 375°.
