Ingredients

  • 1 box Chocolate Cake Mix, 18-20 Ounce Box
  • 2 Eggs
  • 5 Tablespoons Melted Butter
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Or Mint Extract
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk (up To Double This Amount If Needed)
  • 10 ounces, weight Bag Andes Creme De Menthe Baking Chips
  • 1 cup Semi-sweet Chocolate Chips (optional)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Spray a 9x13 pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl mix together all ingredients but the chips. You may need to add more milk depending on how sticky the mixture looks. Fold in the chips.
  • Spread into the prepared pan pressing it into the pan if needed to get it more even.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. It will be done when you lightly touch and it springs back. Remove from oven and set it on a rack. Allow to slightly cool before digging in. Tastes best warm.
