Ingredients
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 sliced garlic cloves
- 2-inch ginger root, peeled and sliced
- 3 to 5 lb. pork tenderloin
- 3/4 c. honey
- 3/4 c. sesame seed
Method
- Combine soy sauce, garlic cloves and ginger root.
- Marinate pork 1 hour in soy sauce mixture in refrigerator.
- Dry pork with a paper towel.
- Coat with honey and roll in sesame seed.
- Bake on a lightly greased broiler pan rack at 375° until thickest portion reaches 160° (approximately 1 hour).
