Ingredients
- 1 T. Sesame seeds toasted (optional)
- 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
- 2 Tbs honey
- 2 Tbs soy
- 1-2 Tbs water (to dilute saltiness)
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (flattened if desired)
- or 1-2 lb. pork tenderloin
Method
- Combine marinade ingredients.
- Pour marinade over chicken. You may marinate meat for a short time if desired before grilling.
- Heat grill, coat rack, cook 4-6-minutes per side, depending on thickness of chicken. Brush frequently with marinade.
