Ingredients

  • 1 T. Sesame seeds toasted (optional)
  • 2 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 2 Tbs honey
  • 2 Tbs soy
  • 1-2 Tbs water (to dilute saltiness)
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (flattened if desired)
  • or 1-2 lb. pork tenderloin

Method

  • Combine marinade ingredients.
  • Pour marinade over chicken. You may marinate meat for a short time if desired before grilling.
  • Heat grill, coat rack, cook 4-6-minutes per side, depending on thickness of chicken. Brush frequently with marinade.
