Ingredients
- 1 bunch fresh broccoli
- 3 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 clove crushed garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 c. boiling water
Method
- Cut broccoli into thick lengthwise slices.
- Heat oil in skillet; saute onions and broccoli.
- Add remaining ingredients. Cover; cook 5 minutes over low heat.
