Ingredients
- 1 (2 or 3 lb.) pork roast
- 1 c. applesauce
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish
- salt and pepper
Method
- Place pork roast in shallow baking pan.
- Mix applesauce and horseradish; pour it over the roast.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Roast at 350° for 1 1/2 or 2 hours.
- Use the meat drippings for gravy.
