Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Ground Bay Leaves
  • 2-1/2 teaspoons Celery Seed
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
  • 1-1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3/4 teaspoons Ground Nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoons Grounds Cloves
  • 1/2 teaspoons Ground Ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoons Ground Cardamom

Method

  • Because I don't have ground bay leaves, and have to put them through the Magic Bullet anyway, I just put all the spices in the Magic Bullet and let it run until the bay leaves are fully ground.
  • Store in a Ziploc bag in the freezer.
  • Thawed whitefish can bake tossed in the spice and cooked like you normally would cook fish. (As this is part of my HCG diet, I cook it on the George Forman Grill.)
