Ingredients
- 6 bacon slices
- 3 lb. sirloin, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
- 1 lb. large mushroom caps
- 2 c. Italian dressing
Method
- Cut bacon into 1 1/2-inch squares.
- Thread skewers with sirloin, bacon and mushrooms caps.
- Repeat until skewers are full. Marinate in dressing for 2 or 3 hours at room temperature, turning frequently.
- Cook over charcoal grilled to desired doneness.
