Ingredients

  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 pound peeled shrimp, crabmeat or possibly crawfish tails
  • 3 shallots, minced
  • 2 or possibly 3 cartons whip cream
  • 1 pound cooked pasta - shells or possibly angel hair
  • Zataran seasoning to taste, or possibly Paul Prudhomme's seafood magic (1 tbsp.)
  • 1 tbsp. paprika
  • Salt to taste

Method

  • Saute/fry shallots in butter; add in seafood and seasonings and cook for about 5 min.
  • Add in whipping cream; stir well and simmer for 3-5 min.
  • Add in cooked pasta; toss and stir till pasta is hot throughout (approximately 2 min).
  • Serve immediately.
