- linguini noodles (12 or 16 oz. bag)
- 2 cans clams
- 2 cans shrimp
- 1/2 lb. sea scallops
- 1 can mushrooms, sliced
- long stem green onions
- concentrated garlic (in jar)
- half and half or cream
- white wine (not dry)
- salt and pepper
- butter
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Drain clams and shrimp (save juice).
- Saute scallops in butter until lightly brown.
- Add clams, shrimp, mushrooms, chopped green ends of the onions, 2 tablespoons garlic and 1 cup of wine.
- Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
- Add 1/2 of saved juice.
- Cover and keep warm.
- Boil noodles.
- Use half and half, flour and saved juice. Heat in skillet together to make white sauce.
