Ingredients

  • linguini noodles (12 or 16 oz. bag)
  • 2 cans clams
  • 2 cans shrimp
  • 1/2 lb. sea scallops
  • 1 can mushrooms, sliced
  • long stem green onions
  • concentrated garlic (in jar)
  • half and half or cream
  • white wine (not dry)
  • salt and pepper
  • butter
  • Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Drain clams and shrimp (save juice).
  • Saute scallops in butter until lightly brown.
  • Add clams, shrimp, mushrooms, chopped green ends of the onions, 2 tablespoons garlic and 1 cup of wine.
  • Cover and simmer for 1/2 hour.
  • Add 1/2 of saved juice.
  • Cover and keep warm.
  • Boil noodles.
  • Use half and half, flour and saved juice. Heat in skillet together to make white sauce.
