Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 lb. chicken parts
- 1 pouch Campbell's dry onion mushroom soup mix
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. sour cream
Method
- In 10-inch skillet, heat oil.
- Cook chicken until brown on all sides.
- Spoon off fat.
- Stir soup mix and water into skillet; cover and simmer 30 minutes.
