- 1 lb. boiled shrimp
- 1 can crab meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/3 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 stick butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. Louisiana red hot sauce
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
- 1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, salt, pepper and butter.
- Pour into casserole and top with a mixture of bread crumbs and melted butter.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
