Ingredients

  • 1 lb. boiled shrimp
  • 1 can crab meat
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/3 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 stick butter
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 c. diced celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. Louisiana red hot sauce
  • 1 tsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped pimento
  • 1 1/2 c. Italian bread crumbs

Method

  • Mix all ingredients, except bread crumbs, salt, pepper and butter.
  • Pour into casserole and top with a mixture of bread crumbs and melted butter.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
