- 1 bell pepper
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 can white crabmeat
- 1 can claw crabmeat
- 10 oz. fresh shrimp (small)
- 1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
- red and black pepper to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. cooked rice
Method
- Mix all together and put in casserole and sprinkle top with bacon crumbs.
- Bake in 350° oven for 30 to 40 minutes, covered. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
