Ingredients
- 1 large box lime jello
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cottage cheese (small curd)
- 3/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small container Cool Whip
Method
- Dissolve lime jello in boiling water.
- When cool and ready to eat, beat until foamy.
- Add cottage cheese and pineapple.
- Fold in Cool Whip.
- Pour into mold or pan and refrigerate.
