Ingredients

  • 3 pkg. lime jello or 2 pkg. lime and 1 lemon jello
  • 2 c. cold water (use part pineapple juice)
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 small pkg. cooked and cooled lemon pie filling or 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding, prepared
  • 1 envelope Dream Whip

Method

  • Dissolve jello and add cold water.
  • Set until thick.
  • Stir in pie filling and beat with mixer.
  • Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Add pineapple to remainder.
  • Pour into 13 x 9-inch loaf cake pan and let cool until set.
  • Prepare Dream Whip and fold in remaining 1 cup.
  • Spread on top and refrigerate.
