Ingredients
- 3 pkg. lime jello or 2 pkg. lime and 1 lemon jello
- 2 c. cold water (use part pineapple juice)
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 small pkg. cooked and cooled lemon pie filling or 1 pkg. instant lemon pudding, prepared
- 1 envelope Dream Whip
Method
- Dissolve jello and add cold water.
- Set until thick.
- Stir in pie filling and beat with mixer.
- Reserve 1 cup of this mixture. Add pineapple to remainder.
- Pour into 13 x 9-inch loaf cake pan and let cool until set.
- Prepare Dream Whip and fold in remaining 1 cup.
- Spread on top and refrigerate.
