Ingredients
- 12 bacon slices
- 24 large sea scallops(about 2 lbs)
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 T. butter
- 3 tsp. o.j.
- 1 tsp. orange peel
- 1/8 tsp. salt
Method
- 1. Cook bacon, cut in half
- 2. wrap each scallop
- 3. bring syrup to boil, about 5 minutes, stir in butter, oj, peel, and salt
- 4. thread on skewers, grill on lightly greased rack until opaque, about 4-6 minutes
