Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs. sea scallops
- 1 pound snow peas
- 2 cans water chestnuts
- 2 teaspoon ginger
- Sprinkle of dry shallots or possibly leeks
- 4 tbsp. salad oil
- 2 tbsp. cornstarch
- 4 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Prepared rice for 4-6 persons
Method
- Stir fry sea scallops, snow peas, water chestnuts, ginger, and shallots in salad oil.
- Add in cornstarch, soy sauce, and salt; stir till thickened.
- Serve over rice.
