Ingredients
- 8 medium potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. margarine
- salt
- pepper
- onion
Method
- Boil potatoes until tender in jackets in salt and water.
- Put in refrigerator.
- Shred potatoes.
- Put in 9 x 12-inch buttered dish.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes.
- Mix some potato chips and 1 1/2 cups grated Velveeta cheese together for a crumb topping. Add last 5 minutes of baking time.
