Ingredients
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 3/4 c. warm water
- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Method
- Dissolve yeast in warm water.
- Mix dry ingredients.
- Add oil. Knead.
- (Don't be lazy.
- The more kneading you do, the better they are!)
- Roll out.
- Shape into rolls and let rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 425° for 12 minutes or until brown.
- Yield: 1 dozen.
