Ingredients
- 3 cups grated carrots
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- pepper
Method
- Grate carrots into casserole dish.
- Cover tightly.
- Bake at 160C for 30 minutes.
- Do not add water.
- Remove from oven and add butter, salt and freshly ground pepper.
- Serve immediately.
