Ingredients
- 1 (No. 2) can cut green beans
- 1 (No. 2) can English peas
- 1 (No. 2) can corn
- 2 c. chopped celery
- 1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. paprika
Method
- Drain vegetables.
- Mix together and add salt.
- Stir well and chill for 1 hour.
- Remove from refrigerator and drain.
- Add remaining ingredients and stir until sugar is dissolved.
- Pour into large dish; cover and refrigerate several hours.
