  • 1 bag of broccoli slaw
  • 1 bunch of scallions, cut up
  • 1 cup of slivered almonds
  • 1 cup of sunflower seeds (hulled)
  • 2 packages of beef Ramen noodles (uncooked and crumpled up)
  • Dressing:
  • 3/4 cup olive oil
  • 1 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 cup sugar (or sugar substitute)
  • 2 seasoning packets from the beef Ramen noodles
  • Mix ingredients, add dressing, and refrigerate for an hour. (Even better if marinated over night ... and it tastes good for days!)
