Ingredients
- 1/2 pound sea scallops
- balsamic reduction Rosemary
- rosemary sprigs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Method
- Simmer 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar in small saucepan with a sprig of rosemary until it reduces by one half.
- Or, purchase a rosemary balsamic reduction such as this one from Nonna Pia's in British Columbia.
- Heat olive oil in skillet and add scallops
- Cook both sides until browned approx 5 minutes
- Serve with rosemary balsamic reduction drizzled over them. Garnish with rosemary.
