Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 lb. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 stick butter
