Ingredients
- 2 qt. precooked potatoes
- 1 medium onion
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- salt and pepper
- several slices Velveeta cheese
Method
- Chop onion and slightly brown in margarine.
- Slice potatoes in baking dish.
- Pour onion and margarine mixture over potatoes.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Mix well and heat in oven until completely warmed and cheese is melted.
