Ingredients
- 6 to 8 medium potatoes
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1 1/2 c. cheese, grated
Method
- Peel potatoes and slice (thin).
- Make a white sauce of the butter, flour, salt and milk.
- After white sauce thickens, remove from heat and add the grated cheese.
- Place potatoes in casserole dish and cover with hot cheese sauce.
- Bake in preheated 375° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
