Ingredients
- 8 c. thinly sliced pared potatoes
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onions
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can mushroom soup
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can celery soup
- 1 c. milk
Method
- Spread 4 cups sliced potatoes in bottom of greased baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients, 3/4 teaspoon salt and a dash of pepper.
- Pour half mixture over potatoes.
- Repeat layers and cover. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Uncover and bake 30 to 35 minutes longer.
- Serves 8.
