Ingredients
- 10 lb. potatoes, sliced thin
- 1/2 lb. ham, diced
- 1 lb. American cheese
- oleo
- salt
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Put layer of potatoes in large pan; top with cheese and ham, then pats of oleo, salt and flour.
- Repeat this layer.
- Pour warm milk over top.
- Cover.
- Bake at 350° until tender.
