Ingredients

  • 50 each boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 3-1/4 cups DURKEE Hot Sauce
  • 50 each whole wheat pita breads (7 inch), warmed
  • 100 each lettuce leaves
  • 3 qt. tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 gal. KRAFT Blue Cheese Dressing

Method

  • Grill chicken 4 to 5 min.
  • on each side or until cooked through.
  • Cut into strips; place in large bowl.
  • Add hot sauce; toss lightly.
  • For each serving: Top 1 pita with 2 lettuce leaves, 1/4 cup chopped tomatoes and 3-1/2 oz.

  • Drizzle with 3 Tbsp.
