Ingredients
- 4 lamb shanks
- 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
- 2/3 c. beef consomme or 1 beef bouillon cube in 2/3 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
Method
- Place all ingredients in crock-pot and cook on low heat 6 to 8 hours.
- Serve with Major Grey chutney and rice.
