Ingredients
- 6 to 8 large potatoes
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 6 oz. grated Longhorn cheese
- cubed ham (optional)
Method
- Parboil potatoes in skins.
- Peel and grate.
- Put half in a 9 x 13 x 2-inch greased pan.
