Ingredients
- 1/2 c. oleo
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. whole corn or 2 cans creamed corn
- 2 eggs, well beaten
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. evaporated milk
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Melt oleo in medium saucepan.
- Stir in sugar and flour until well blended.
- Remove from heat.
- Stir in milk gradually.
- Add eggs and baking powder; mix well.
- Fold in corn, turn into buttered pan or casserole dish.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Makes 6 to 8 servings.
