Ingredients
- 4 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 3/4 c. Crisco
- 1 egg
- 1/2 c. ice water
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- Mix, roll
- and bake as you normally would any fine pie pastry.
- Yields 6 (8-inch) pie crusts.
