Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream-style corn
- 1 can whole kernel corn
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 box Jiffy corn bread mix
Method
- Mix all together and pour into a 2-quart dish and bake at 400° until brown, about 30 to 40 minutes.
