Ingredients
- 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
- 1 pound Bacon, Cut Into Thirds
- 1 cup Brown Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder
Method
- 1.
- Cut the chicken breasts up into bite-sized pieces.
- 2.
- Slice your bacon strips into 1/3 pieces.
- 3.
- Mix your brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow bowl.
- 4.
- Take a piece of chicken, wrap 1/3 piece of bacon around it.
- Now you can secure them with toothpicks here (I do sometimes, other times not).
- Then dip them, spin them, thoroughly coat the chicken bites in the brown sugar mixture and place on a baking sheet.
- 5.
- Turn your oven on to 375 degrees F. 6.
- Bake your chicken bites for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
