Ingredients

  • 3 whole Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
  • 1 pound Bacon, Cut Into Thirds
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Tablespoon Chili Powder

Method

  • Cut the chicken breasts up into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2.
  • Slice your bacon strips into 1/3 pieces.
  • 3.
  • Mix your brown sugar and chili powder in a shallow bowl.
  • 4.
  • Take a piece of chicken, wrap 1/3 piece of bacon around it.
  • Now you can secure them with toothpicks here (I do sometimes, other times not).
  • Then dip them, spin them, thoroughly coat the chicken bites in the brown sugar mixture and place on a baking sheet.

  • Turn your oven on to 375 degrees F. 6.
  • Bake your chicken bites for 25 minutes or until thoroughly cooked.
