Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts, deboned and cut into pieces
- 8 oz. sliced Swiss cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm stuffing
- 1 stick margarine
Method
- In a 13 x 9-inch pan, line with chicken pieces.
- Place 1 layer of Swiss cheese.
- Spoon cream of chicken soup over cheese. Sprinkle stuffing mix over soup layer.
- Melt margarine and pour over bread crumbs.
- Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Family favorite and quick.
