Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. green beans, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 6 slices bacon
- 2/3 c. sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped finely
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
Method
- In medium saucepan over high heat, in 1 1/2 cups boiling water and salt, heat beans to boiling.
- Reduce heat and cook, covered, 12 to 16 minutes longer until beans are tender-crisp; reserve liquid.
