Ingredients
- 30 mushrooms
- 1/2 lb. sausage
- 1 pkg. shredded Mozzarella
- 1/2 to 1 c. bread crumbs
- 1 small finely chopped onion
Method
- Clean mushrooms; remove stems and chop them finely.
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Add rest of ingredients, including stems, to sausage and form into small balls.
- Place into mushroom caps. Heat at 350° for 6 to 10 minutes.
