Ingredients
- 6 slices white or light grain bread
- 1 lb. bulk sausage (hot preferred)
- 1 tsp. prepared mustard
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 cans whole milk
Method
- Fit bread into bottom of a greased 12 x 7-inch baking dish. Brown, then drain, the sausage well.
- Stir in the mustard.
- Spoon sausage evenly over the bread, then sprinkle with cheese.
