Ingredients
- 1/2 c. shortening or cooking oil
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 c. warm water
- 1/2 c. All-Bran cereal
- 1 beaten egg
- 3 1/4 c. flour
Method
- Dissolve yeast in water.
- Mix in remaining ingredients.
- Knead lightly and place in lightly greased bowl; let rise.
- Knead well. Pinch off rolls and let rise again in greased pan.
- Bake at 350° until golden brown.
