Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 c. water
- 1 c. salted cracker crumbs
Method
- Break up sausage while browning in skillet; pour off most of the fat.
- Add beaten eggs to cooled sausage; add milk, water and crumbs.
- Pour into greased baking dish.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes or until firm.
- Cut in squares.
