Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 bell pepper
- 1 cooking spoon flour
- 1 cooking spoon cooking oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Combine flour and oil in a heavy skillet and brown, stirring constantly.
- Add diced sausage, onion and bell pepper; cook until wilted.
- Add tomatoes, 1/4 cup water, salt and pepper.
- Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
- Serve with rice.
