Ingredients
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 3/4 c. fine bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 egg, beaten
Method
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Place mixture in mold.
- Bake ring at 350° for 1/2 hour.
- Drain the fat after 15 minutes of cooking. Invert ring on platter and fill center with 8 scrambled eggs. Serves 6.
