Ingredients

  • 2 cups biscuit mix
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 lb. sausage cooked
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven 400
  • Stir biscuit mix, milk and butter to form dough.
  • Refrigerate 30 min.
  • Roll out onto lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick (about 10x7)
  • Sprinkle sausage over and then sprinkle cheese over that.
  • Roll lengthwise into long roll.
  • Place in freezer until easy to cut.
  • Slice pinwheels about 1 inch thick and place on greased baking sheet.
  • Bake 15 min. or until golden.
  • Serve hot and refrigerate leftovers.
