Ingredients
- 2 cups biscuit mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 lb. sausage cooked
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Preheat oven 400
- Stir biscuit mix, milk and butter to form dough.
- Refrigerate 30 min.
- Roll out onto lightly floured surface to 1/8 inch thick (about 10x7)
- Sprinkle sausage over and then sprinkle cheese over that.
- Roll lengthwise into long roll.
- Place in freezer until easy to cut.
- Slice pinwheels about 1 inch thick and place on greased baking sheet.
- Bake 15 min. or until golden.
- Serve hot and refrigerate leftovers.
