Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 lb. sausage
- 2 c. cheese, grated
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 c. milk
- 2 slices day-old bread, cubed
Method
- Mix eggs, salt, mustard and milk.
- Crumble sausage in skillet and brown.
- Drain off grease.
- Put bread cubes in 9 x 13 x 2-inch baking dish.
- Layer sausage on bread, then layer cheese over sausage.
- Pour egg mixture over all.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
- Serve hot with bread sticks.
