Ingredients
- 1 cup Bob's Red Mill garbanzo bean (chick pea flour)
- 2 scoops of MRM vanilla protein powder
- 100g plain Chobani Greek yogurt
- 80g stewed apple
- 60g chopped macadamia nuts
- 2 eggs
- 10-15g Natvia
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- cinnamon
Method
- Mix the Natvia, eggs, yogurt and stewed apple together
- Sift the flour, protein powder and baking powder on top and mix together
- Add the macadamia nuts and enough cinnamon as you like
- Stir again to combine and pour in to your mould/tray
- Place on the middle shelf in the oven
- Cook in a 170 degree celcius fan-forced oven for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through.
- Allow to cool before removing from the mould
