Ingredients

  • 1 cup Bob's Red Mill garbanzo bean (chick pea flour)
  • 2 scoops of MRM vanilla protein powder
  • 100g plain Chobani Greek yogurt
  • 80g stewed apple
  • 60g chopped macadamia nuts
  • 2 eggs
  • 10-15g Natvia
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • cinnamon

Method

  • Mix the Natvia, eggs, yogurt and stewed apple together
  • Sift the flour, protein powder and baking powder on top and mix together
  • Add the macadamia nuts and enough cinnamon as you like
  • Stir again to combine and pour in to your mould/tray
  • Place on the middle shelf in the oven
  • Cook in a 170 degree celcius fan-forced oven for 40-45 minutes, or until cooked through.
  • Allow to cool before removing from the mould
