Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 1 small onion (chopped)
  • 12 bell pepper (chopped)
  • 12 cup celery (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (6 2/3 ounce) boxuncle ben's long grain and wild rice blend (cooked)
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (14 1/2 ounce) can water
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar sliced mushrooms
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar diced pimentos

Method

  • Brown sausage and drain.
  • Saute onion, bell pepper and celery in butter.
  • Add vegetables and cooked rice to sausage.
  • Put this and all remaining ingredients in casserole dish, mix well and bake @ 350 until heated through.
