Ingredients
- 1/4 c. toasted almonds
- 4 oz. light cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1 tsp. horseradish
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- dash of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 4 oz. shredded crab
Method
- Heat oven to 375°.
- Spread almonds in a flat pan and bake for 10 minutes.
- Remove when browned.
- Combine all other ingredients and place in a casserole dish.
- Place almonds on top.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve with crackers.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups.
