Ingredients
- 1 lb. turkey sausage
- 2 (6 oz.) pkg. long grain and wild rice, cooked and cooled
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped mushrooms, drained
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup (low-fat and low-calorie)
- 1 (3 3/8 oz.) pkg. dry chicken noodle soup mix
- 1 large chopped onion
- 3 stalks chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Cook rice and set aside.
- Brown sausage and drain.
- Stir in all other ingredients, except rice, and simmer until veggies are tender.
- Add rice; mix well.
