Ingredients
- 1 small can cream-style corn (8 oz.)
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. self-rising meal
- 1 c. sour cream
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 c. salad oil (Wesson)
Method
- Mix all together.
- Bake at 400° for about 30 minutes or until done.
- Cook in 10-inch iron skillet.
